How YOU should use XL Omega+

Anyone and everyone should supplement with EPA and DHA if nothing else than for the health benefits. XL Omega+ is a super high strength fish oil capsule with 35% EPA and 24% DHA. During a muscle gain phase XL Omega+ acts to minimise fat gain, during a fat loss phase it both directly and indirectly aids in burning more fat and finally when performance is a goal, XL Omega+ minimises inflammation that comes with heavy training, optimises body composition and maximises healthy functioning of the body. Supplementation has been shown to lower heart rate during sub-maximal exercise in elite performers. XL Omega+ has vasodilating properties and also anti-inflammatory properties which will benefit endurance trained athletes.

Muscle gain gain

Those wishing you gain lean muscle can use XL Omega+ specifically for their goals as a ‘nutrient partitioning’ agent, whereby taking 1-2 capsules with a meal containing carbohydrates will lower Glycemic index of that meal and therefore the insulin response of the body to that meal.
